Garlands Guest Towel
ARLANDS towels are composed of archival 19th-century garland motifs in a contemporary expression. As light moves across the surface, a refined pearled structure combined with varied woven textures unveils the jacquard-woven framed ornaments.
In the delicate Butter Creme hue, the lightweight guest towel is woven from 50% European linen and 50% cotton. Among the world’s oldest textile fibres, linen has been valued for centuries for its strength, absorbency, and distinctive character. Combined with cotton, it yields a textile that balances softness with structure, offering rich tactile quality and a beauty that deepens over time.
The towels are finished with refined openwork hems and a braided silk hanging loop, crafted in France by artisans using traditional wooden looms dating back to the 19th century.
